Shipshewana Campground South Park in Shipshewana, IN is a peaceful and well-maintained RV park with level and mostly pull-through sites. While there are some back-ins along the perimeter, the majority of the pull-throughs provide ample room for a truck and 5th wheel. The park is basic with close together sites but is easy to navigate with well-maintained interior roads. Although some sites may be a bit closer than preferred, the community is friendly and inviting. The interior roads, as well as the sites, are gravel and well-maintained. The RV park is located within walking distance to some shops, including a great bulk food store where you can buy some Amish-made breads and pies. Additionally, the park is a good place to stay while exploring Shipshewana, and the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a packet of information on the area upon check-in. However, it should be noted that the park is expensive, and Wi-Fi is an extra charge of $4/day, with an additional vehicle charge of $5/day.
