From The Campground
Sullivan County Park and Lake is a 468-acre park and lake located in Sullivan County, Indiana. The lake was constructed in 1968 for swimming, boating, and fishing, and is well-stocked with crappie, hybrid saugeye, bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. The park offers 400 acres of land for camping, ranging from primitive camping to space for the most luxurious equipped motorhome on the market today. The park also has a 9-hole golf course. Sullivan County Park and Lake is easily accessed from Highway 41 west of Sullivan and is located approximately 25 miles south of I 70, at Terre Haute, and one mile east of Sullivan on Picnic Drive.
