This campground is situated in a beautiful wooded county park with a lake and walking trails. It is close to the highway and has very reasonable rates. The roads and paths to the campsites are narrow with sharp turns, so it is not recommended for inexperienced RVers. The sites are mostly back-in with some pull-throughs, and the electric outlets are far from the sites. The campground is older but the bath/shower house is clean and is cleaned daily. There is a loop trail around the small lake which is a pleasant walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no pool, but there is a beach with lifeguards during the summer months. There are also hiking trails and a lake for swimming and fishing. The campground allows for hoses to be used to fill tanks. Tent campers, pop-ups, and smaller RVs are welcome.
