Wilder Park is an 88-acre campground located in Allison, Iowa. The park offers a variety of amenities including two fishing ponds, a dog park, frisbee disc golf, sand volleyball, playgrounds, picnic shelters, mini golf, pickleball court, BMX pump track, large in-ground chess/checkers board, Wilder Mountain, intra-park hard surfaced walking/biking trail connected to Rolling Prairie Trail, 18-acre wildflower prairie, forest, severe storm shelters, library kiosks, entertainment stage with free summer concerts and on-site camp host. The site includes electricity and offers back-in RV sites, tent camping, and cabins. Pets are allowed on a leash and there is a pet-friendly area. The park also has a quiet hours policy from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am daily. Golf carts, ATV/UTVs or vehicles may not use the back service road, this is for camp staff only. All other state laws apply to motorized vehicle operations. (IA Code 321.247) Violators will be reported to local authorities.
