This campground is a great spot for a relaxing getaway. Located just two miles north of the river town of Bellevue, this river resort offers stunning river views, hard lanes, tables, fire rings, RV hookups, a playground, and food. The campground is still relatively new, so it is still working out the logistics of managing the property. The facility itself is quite impressive with a gorgeous location, amazing aquapark, and a very nice pool. The lots are large and cement, but provide zero landscaping or shade. Unfortunately, the staff, with the exception of the younger female office personnel, are not always friendly. Upon check-in, guests are expected to wear a wristband for the duration of their stay. There is a 3.5 mile walk or bike ride to town on a dedicated trail, and a nice new pool and swim pond with beach and inflatables. The campground host was not working on the day of our arrival, so we had to go to the hotel for check-in. The parking lot can get quite full, so it is important to navigate it carefully. The sites are nice and big with enough room between them, and there is a station to deposit doggie bags closer to the campsites. Overall, this campground is a great spot for a relaxing getaway with plenty of amenities.

Off Shore Resort is a Mississippi riverfront destination resort located just two-miles north of the beautiful, quaint riverside village of Bellevue, Iowa. The resort features a hotel, campground, state of the art outdoor pool and aquatics center, bar and restaurant, and an event center.
