This campground is a great option for those who need a quiet place to stay for a night or two. It is clean and peaceful, and the sites are wide. However, there is no store, no wifi, no satellite reception, no laundry room, and no real office - just a trailer where someone takes money (cash or check only). The utilities are shared between a couple sites and the sewer connections are sometimes hidden in the hostas or bushes. The 50 amp electricity is good and there are many grocery options available within 3 miles of the park. Less than 3 miles away is the Sundown Ski Resort (NW) and approx 3 miles east is Kennedy Shopping Mall. The campground is in a meadow between two hills, so there are no OTA TV signals, but AT&T and Verizon are just barely usable. Overnight, the legs of the RV can settle into the mud, requiring the rig to be leveled again the next morning.
