This is a peaceful and quiet campground located near the lake, with long pull-through sites on gravel and mature trees for shade. The sites have full hookups, including electric, water, and sewer, and a concrete patio with a picnic table and fire ring. The campground has a church with a basement that serves as a storm shelter, and the campground hosts are friendly and helpful. WiFi, TV stations, and phone service are available. There are no planned activities on site, but the area has plenty of activities throughout the year. This is a great spot for big rigs, as the pull-through sites are long and level, and there is plenty of space for a 40-foot RV and a 20-foot trailer with a car. Cash or check only is accepted, and the daily rate is $35.
