Sportsman Park is a 40-acre campground located in Dallas, IA, adjacent to the North Raccoon River. The park offers 5 primitive and 10 electrical hook-up campsites, two all-season cabins that sleep up to 5 each, a seasonal, modern restrooms and showerhouse, and a seasonal on-site camp host. The park also features a nature trail, picnic shelter house, handicap accessible playground, and nearby access to Raccoon River Valley Trail and Dawson Boat Ramp. The Sportsman Lodge is an enclosed, reservable shelter, available year-round for groups up to 120. The park is open year-round, weather and road conditions permitting.
