The park’s centerpiece is a CCC-era Observation Tower, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Visitors can stand atop the tower on “Pilot Knob” and enjoy the natural landscape and breathtaking views. The park offers a variety of activities including hiking, equestrian trails, fishing, and camping.
