Botna Bend Park is a beautiful and quiet campground located next to the Nishnabotna River in Pottawattamie, IA. The campground is a favorite for campers who enjoy a small town atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy fishing for flathead catfish and carp in the river, as well as hiking, volleyball, basketball, and horseshoe pits. The park also features a bison and elk herd that resides in the park's pasture areas. There are picnic shelters throughout the park, a playground, and a lodge. The park is open year-round from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
