West Overlook in Iowa City, IA is located near the reservoir dam and offers wooded views and privacy with large, even sites. Despite the occasional noise from falling acorns during the fall season, this campground is enjoyable with clean facilities and grounds. Shopping and attractions are nearby. The only downside is the lack of water/sewer at the sites, and the dump station and trash are located at the front. Overall, we would definitely recommend West Overlook for a nice camping experience.
