Spring Lake Park is a 240-acre park in Greene, Iowa that features a 50-acre lake lined with campsites. The park offers 120 electrical campsites, two shower houses, and a concessionaire that provides rolling skating, boat rental, and food and beverage. The lake shoreline is nearly level with the waterline, making it a favorite of campers, fishermen, and other park users wanting to be near the water. The park also has over 2 miles of asphalt roads ideal for biking, jogging, and walking, as well as several hiking trails. The wooded area provides habitat for deer, turkeys, small mammals, and a variety of birds.
