What others are saying about this campground
Lacey-Keosaqua State Park is a beautiful and peaceful campground located in Southeast Iowa. It is well maintained and clean, and offers a variety of camping options for both tent and RV campers, including electric and non-electric sites. The camp sites are spacious and well spaced, and the campground is quiet and away from the lights of big cities. The park offers many activities, such as hiking trails, a beach house, swimming lake, lake Sugema, Indian Mounds, and the Ely Ford Mormon Trail crossing. The weather is pleasant, ranging from 50s to 70s during the day and 30s to 40s at night. The campground is full on weekends but is usually quiet during the week. The campground is equipped with full hookups, a bird blind near the rangers house, and trails that lead to the beach and lake. The campground is closed from April 1, 2018 through October 31, 2018 for renovations.
