The sites are adequately spaced and placed to provide the most privacy possible, and many have views of the river and barge traffic. The campground also offers a clean, well laid out dump station on the way out and a wharf jutting into the river for fishing and sunset viewing. However, it is important to note that the campground is right next to a railroad track, and the train horns can be extremely loud. There is also no sewer hook-up, but there is a dump station that is easy to access by the entrance. The cost is affordable, and the National Parks Pass cuts the rate by 1/2. Verizon air card works great for internet.
