Virginia Grove Recreation Area is a 157-acre park located in Louisa County, Iowa. The park features a small pond with a fishing dock, 4 miles of looping trails through timber, and a campground. The campground has 11 electric sites with gravel camp pads, picnic tables, fire rings with grills, and a primitive restroom. The park offers amenities such as drinking water, a playground, parking lot, picnic shelter, picnic tables, grills, and a primitive restroom. Activities include picnicking, camping, nature study, hiking, fishing, and hunting/trapping. All campsites are available by reservation only and can be reserved through MyCountyParks.com. Camping fees are $17/night.
