Arrowhead Park Campground is a well-maintained county park with lots of nature trails and fairly level sites. There is no water or sewer at the sites, but there is a dump station. The grounds have plenty of mowed trails to enjoy with your dogs and there are clean pit toilets available. This is a budget-friendly campground with large campsites and electricity available for tent sites. The campsite managers are friendly and helpful.

From The Campground

Arrowhead RV Camping is a naturally distinct camping getaway located in Arrowhead Park, Pottawattamie County, Iowa. The park offers four camping areas with a total of 54 electrical sites, including 30 and 50 amp sites. Modern restrooms and shower house are located near Breezy Lodge. All sites are first come, first served. Reservations are not accepted for camping sites, but you may call 712-485-2295 for more information. Arrowhead Park is located just off at I-80 exit #23, left on L55 one mile to park entrance. Park is 20 minutes from Omaha, NE and Council Bluffs metro area.
