Lakeshore RV Resort & Campground in Oelwein, IA is a beautifully maintained park providing a park-like setting for a quiet and peaceful stay. The bathhouse is clean with good water pressure. However, some back-in sites have power hookups in the very back of the site which might be an issue for some setups. Its important to read and follow the park rules, especially regarding extra guests and noise levels. The owners are helpful and cordial. The roads to the park are mostly in good condition except for I90 which is a bit rough. The resort features lots of trees and outdoor activities such as kayaks, swim beach, pickleball, miniature golf, tetherball, and volleyball. It is ideal for a short stay if youre in the area but we wouldnt go out of our way to stay here.

The campground is privately owned and has been serving camping guests for more than 25 years. Lakeshore RV Resort & Campground offers a restful, relaxing, and peaceful camping experience.
