What others are saying about this campground
Sabula Campground is a peaceful, picturesque campground located on the Mississippi River and South Sabula Lake. It is accessible by city streets and a short stretch of gravel road. The campground offers 50 amp in most sites, pull-throughs with concrete pads, and great Wi-Fi. It is a great spot for fishing day and night, paddling, and lake side swimming, with a ramp for launching boats. The campground is filled with people, but nearly devoid of people during the day. It is difficult for an outsider to obtain a site during summer months, as the campground works on the good ole boy network. The electric and water hookups are on the wrong side of the RV, and are quite far back from the concrete pad. The dump station is useless for black tank clean out connections. The water hose threads had been purposely removed. The only downside is the non-camper traffic and sites that are close to each other.
