What others are saying
Coralville Lake State Park is a beautiful and peaceful campground located on the north shore of Corralville Lake, part of the Iowa river system. It is a great spot for bird watchers, as it is home to large flocks of American White Pelicans during the summer months. The campground is well maintained and clean, with spacious and well-spaced gravel sites. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table, and is equipped with 20/30A electric. The roads are paved and easy to navigate, even for larger motorhomes. The entrance has a dump station and water for filling tanks, and there is a boat launch just a stones throw away. Campers are friendly and courteous, and the camp hosts are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is no access to the lake, and the park does not have water, sewer, or wi-fi. However, it is a great spot for a short stay, and the weather is usually sunny and pleasant.
