What others are saying about this campground
Viking Lake State Park is a great spot for a family getaway. It is clean and well-managed, with plenty of amenities including a restaurant, beach, boat rentals, playground, and two modern restroom/shower buildings. There are several hiking trails, a marina, and a horseshoe pit. The lake is large and perfect for small boats and kayaks, and there are plenty of areas with downed trees for prime fishing. The campsites are spread apart, giving plenty of room to do activities on your campsite. There is a water park, golf carts and cabins for rent, and a full hook-up with sewer connection at the back of the site. The park also offers WiFi for an additional fee, but it is not consistent.
