This campground is located across from the beautiful Storm Lake, with a paved walking/bike path for easy access. It is a great location for a weekend getaway, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby. The campground offers a variety of sites, including pull-thru sites and shaded sites with cement patios. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the campground is gated for added security. The bathrooms and showers are clean and private, and the campground has a laundry area. The sites are level and well-spaced, but the older part of the campground is quite crowded. The campground also offers a 50 amp hook up and a deposit for a converter, as well as a long water hose. Unfortunately, the campground does not offer refunds for shortened stays after registration. However, it is still a great place to stay, with a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of activities nearby.

From The Campground
The Sunrise Campground is located on the beautiful eastern shore of Lake Storm Lake within easy walking distance of several great amenities including King's Pointe Waterpark, the Regatta Grille, Sunrise Pointe Golf Course, Pirates’ Pointe Mini Golf, Mandeville Disc Golf Course, sand volleyball courts, family playground, public beach, and much, much more. Sunrise Campground offers full service and primitive camping sites and is staffed with onsite attendants from approximately mid-April to mid-September. There are restroom and laundry facilities on site with wood and ice available for purchase. Bring your watercraft as there is a boat ramp located across the street and we offer a fish cleaning station at the north end of the campground for all you fishing enthusiasts. Sunrise Campground offers 103 camping sites with 36 full hook up sites which include water, sewer, electric, cable, fire pit, picnic tables, and a concrete pad. Wifi is available throughout the campground. A tenting area is available on a first come first serve basis and you have the option of a shaded or a sunny area. Visitor parking is located outside of the campground with walk in capability. Come join us today for an exceptional camping experience.
