This campground is a great bargain, but it is a bit rough. It is located 4 miles from Hwy 135 and is accessible via a gravel road. There is a self-registration booth, but no envelopes. The manager is very helpful and will get you set up quickly. The restroom is a five minute walk away, and only has one toilet and no sink. Dogs are not allowed, and the water is poor quality. The campground has a private lake with swimming, fishing, and rafting. There are also a swimming pool, trails, basketball courts, baseball field, and a water slide. The owners are friendly and will help you find a spot. During the summer there are recreational activities such as paintball and the water slide. The rate is discounted with Passport America.
