What others are saying about this campground
The park is very well kept and the roads are paved. This campground is a great place for a family getaway. Located just off of I-70, it offers scenic views of the Kansas plains and limestone bluffs. There are several campgrounds around the lake, each with large, gravel pull-through sites with full hookups. The park is well maintained with paved roads and plenty of shade trees. There is a daily vehicle fee for seniors, and a two night minimum stay reservation is required on weekends. The lake is not as attractive as some, but it is a welcome oasis in the middle of the prairie. There is a kids stocked pond for fishing and plenty of green area and paved roads for bicycles and walking. The park is also home to some wildlife, so make sure to take the necessary flea and tick measures for animals. Weekdays are quiet, but weekends can be busy. Enjoy the scenery and peacefulness of this park!

From The Campground

Cedar Bluff State Park is a popular recreational destination in central Kansas, offering a variety of facilities and activities for outdoor enthusiasts. The park is divided into two areas along the shorelines of Cedar Bluff Reservoir, the Bluffton Area and the Page Creek Area. The Bluffton Area is the most developed and provides nearly 350 acres for visitors, including 96 utility campsites, five modern rental cabins, and numerous undesignated primitive campsites and picnic areas. The Page Creek Area is nearly 500 acres in size and provides some of the finest primitive camping in the state with its large shade trees and sandy shorelines. The park offers opportunities for sand volleyball, horseshoes, shore side basketball, bicycling on the BMX track, swimming on the beach, and fishing on the accessible shoreline or from the covered, handicap accessible fishing dock.
