The park offers nearly unlimited recreational opportunities, including camping, hiking, fishing, boating, and wildlife viewing. The park also features the Waconda Springs Replica, which pays tribute to the ill-fated site of Kansas geology and Native American history. At Waconda Heritage Village, a living museum, visitors can learn about pioneer heritage and Native American lore.
