The Hitchin Post is a great campground for those looking for a peaceful and quiet stay in a small Amish community. The campground is well maintained and clean, with easy access for big rigs and long pull-throughs. The owner, Kurt, and his long time friend, Hal, are both very attentive and helpful. The campground is conveniently located near the state highway and is close to Hutchinson and a Salt Mine Tour. There is a variety of locally made goods available at the nearby restaurant, Burger joint, discount grocer, thrift store, bakery and meat market. The Carriage Crossing Restaurant serves good family style meals and is a great place to relax and enjoy the Amish culture.

Hitchin' Post RV Park is a small, family-owned and operated RV Park located in the quiet community of Yoder, Kansas. The park offers 20 full hookup sites (10 pull-through) with 20/30/50 amp electricity and plenty of room for guests to spread out. The park is within walking distance of everything in Yoder and is only a short drive to Hutchinson or Wichita. Nearby attractions include the Kansas State Fairgrounds, Strataca - Kansas Underground Salt Museum, NJCAA Basketball Tournament, Yoder Heritage Day, Kansas Cosmosphere & Space Museum, and many other Hutchinson/Wichita attractions.
