Acorns Resort is a beautiful campground located on Milford Lake with stunning views of the lake and sunsets. There are numerous cabins of various sizes available to rent as well as Yurts, and RV sites with large concrete pads, fire pits, and picnic tables. There is a restaurant and a mini convenience store where you can pick up needed items, and a new convenience store/office with shower and laundry facilities is currently being built. The resort also offers two beaches, boat rentals and a boat slip, and three miles of hiking trails around the campground and by the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are well maintained and continue to improve each year. Cell service and mobile hot spot are not great, but the free wi-fi balances everything.

Acorns Resort is a premier lakeside resort in Kansas, established in 2005. It offers a true all-in-one destination surrounded by boundless indoor and outdoor activities and history. The resort features 25 impressive custom-made cabins, 61 RV sites, a lodge facility with hotel-style rooms, Pacific Yurts, and all with porches and green spaces. The onsite restaurant, The Cove, provides spectacular views, food, and drinks. The resort is pet-friendly and offers ample opportunities for indoor and outdoor fun. Milford Lake, the state's largest lake at over 15,000 surface acres, is right on the water and offers boating, fishing, and relaxing on its shores.
