From The Campground

Prairie Dog State Park is a beautiful park located in Norton, Kansas. The park offers a variety of camping options, including 4 reservable cabins, 10 electric/water/sewer sites, 77 electric/water sites, and more than 130 primitive sites. The park also features two vintage 19th century buildings, an adobe house and a one-room school, which have been renovated and preserved as museums. Keith Sebelius Reservoir is well known for its excellent fishing opportunities, and the Norton Wildlife Area offers good prospects for quail, pheasant, waterfowl, and rabbits.
