Webster State Park is an 880-acre prairie setting of rolling hills and spacious skies located in Rooks County, Kansas. The park offers visitors the opportunity to see deer, turkeys, quail, pheasants, and many wildflowers. The 3,700 acres of open water in Webster Reservoir offer great fishing and complement the picturesque Chalk Hills. The area's mixed grass prairie, river, lake, marshes, and riparian trees and shrubs teem with wildlife. Located in the central flyway, the lake is a stopping place for many species of waterfowl and shorebirds and offers excellent opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts for hunting, wildlife watching, and photography.
