Webster State Park is an 880-acre prairie setting of rolling hills and spacious skies located in Rooks County, Kansas. The park offers visitors the opportunity to see deer, turkeys, quail, pheasants, and many wildflowers. The 3,700 acres of open water in Webster Reservoir offer great fishing opportunities. The area's mixed grass prairie, river, lake, marshes, and riparian trees and shrubs teem with wildlife. Located in the central flyway, the lake is a stopping place for many species of waterfowl and shorebirds and offers excellent opportunities for hunting, wildlife watching, and photography. The park has eight campgrounds with a total of 93 campsites, two modern rental cabins, and a variety of trails for hiking and biking.
