Fall River State Park is a 980-acre park located in southeastern Greenwood County, Kansas. The park is a unique blend of forested flood plains, blackjack savannas, and tall-grass prairie. It offers six hiking trails, an orienteering course, and canoeing on Fall River. The park is home to a remarkable diversity of plant and animal life, making it a popular destination for bird watchers, photographers, and naturalists. The park also offers camping, including primitive camping and cabins for rent. A large playground for kids is located in the Fredonia Bay area, and the park features six trails of varying lengths for visitors to enjoy.
