Calvins RV Camping is a quiet campground located on the outskirts of Wamego, within a 15 minute drive of Manhattan and the Kansas State University. It offers long, paved, and somewhat narrow sites with full hookups, as well as AT&T coverage. There are 6 sites in the satellite lot, not currently shown online, and 5 pull thrus in the new section. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities, and the setting is not attractive as it is located next to owners storage units and a manufacturing plant in an industrial park. There is a railroad track across the road, but it is relatively quiet with only 2 trains a day. The manager was helpful in getting guests backed in and hooked up, but warned against drinking the water. The campground is a great place to explore the nearby Wizard of Oz museum.

Calvin's RV Camping is a small but cozy campground located in Wamego, Kansas. The campground offers 8 pull-thru RV sites, 4 tent/RV campsites, and full hookups including sewer. The campground is family-friendly and provides a storm shelter/bathroom, laundry facilities, horseshoe court, fire rings, and concrete pads & driveways. The campground is surrounded by native trees, providing plenty of shade. It is located in a quiet setting, yet just a few blocks from Wamego's many attractions. The campground is open year-round and offers 30/50 Amp & 110 Service, WIFI internet service, and seasonal showers.
