This older mobile home park is located right in town and is easily accessible from I-135. The staff is friendly and there is a large, new Quik Trip store adjacent. Unfortunately, the park is quite noisy due to traffic, trains, train whistles, dog barking, and loud music from a nearby club. There are also many run down mobile homes and permanent people living in their 5th wheel. Despite the noise, it is a short drive to downtown attractions and numerous restaurants.

The park caters to long term residents and vacation stays, and offers a great value for its guests. The park is pet-friendly, but has a few rules to ensure the safety of all guests.
