This campground is located 15 miles northeast of Winfield and offers a variety of camping options. There are RV sites around the lake with full hookups, water & electric hookups, and many just electric spots. The lake is nice and big enough for activities such as fishing and boating. There are some spots with shade and a convenient store down the road. The campground is inexpensive and well-maintained, but the roads are a bit too dusty and the one bathhouse needs to be cleaned. The city of Winfield does not enforce quiet hours or patrol the area, so it can get a bit rowdy during holidays and weekends. The picnic tables have rotten wood and the grounds need to be policed up. All in all, it is a fairly typical lake campground with nothing particularly bad or outstanding.
