Ashland / Huntington West KOA Holiday in Argillite, KY is a lovely campground that offers a great experience for families with kids in the summer. The campground is very clean and well-maintained, and the man at the registration was polite and helpful. Its a great place to stop for a night as they make it easy to leave the truck hooked up to the trailer. The WiFi, water pressure, and electric were all good, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. The park was pretty empty, not surprising for January, but the store and typical KOA set-up were nice. The amenities are also great, and the manager was very kind and helpful. It would have been nice to get rewards for being there for so long, but the monthly rate was still a good value. If youre ever in the area, this KOA is definitely worth a visit!
