Brooks RV Park is a hard-to-find gem tucked away on the south side of Louisville, KY. It offers nearly 80 super nice RV sites with full hookups, picnic tables, and fire pits. The paved roads have recently been repaved and the sites are well-manicured and surrounded by large trees. The park is mostly full-timers, so the sites are close together, but the park manager, Annie, is friendly and helpful, making sure visitors have a pleasant stay. The park is in a safe country setting and is conveniently located close to I-65 and Louisvilles shops, restaurants, bourbon trail, and wineries. The park is also catty corner to a golf course and there is another one just 3 miles away. The park is reasonably priced compared to the KOA and there is a Pilot truck stop close by for filling up before getting on the interstate. Unfortunately, there is no real office or space to unhook a toad without someone returning from work with you in front of their driveway. The park is also in the flight path of the Louisville International Airport, on the final approach, and there are trains seemingly right adjacent to the park. The electric service is 50 amp only, so visitors may need to purchase an adaptor. There is also no bathroom or shower, but there is a class A. The park is a bit noisy and junky looking, mostly mobile homes, and the manager allows them to pile stuff around trailers.

Brooks Mobile & RV Park is the only RV Park in Louisville, KY with an exclusive safe country setting and easy access to I-65. The park offers 77 full hookup sites, including creek front or concrete pad sites. The park is beautifully landscaped and monitored by security cameras. All sites include 50 amp electric, water, and sewer. The park is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, the Bourbon Distillery Trail, and many other attractions. Daily rates start at $40 a night, weekly rates start at $240 (including tax), and monthly rates start at $445. The park does not have bathrooms or a shower house, or a pool, but it does have a credit card laundry facility on site.
