What others are saying about this campground
Greenbo Lake State Resort is a beautiful, secluded campground tucked away in the rolling hills of Kentucky. The campground offers a variety of sites, from primitive to full hook-up, as well as two play areas for kids and a miniature golf course. The Jesse Stuart Lodge stands out against the lake, and the park is kept clean by friendly staff. The campground is well-maintained and offers plenty of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, and kayaking. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and laundry machines are not available, and the camp host is rarely seen. Cell service is not available, but the lodge allows visitors to use their space for remote work. The sites are spacious, but some have steep grades and are not big rig friendly. The campground is quiet during the week, but can get noisy on the weekends when locals come to rent a site and invite their friends. There are some minor electrical issues, and visitors should bring a long power cord as the hookups are typically 50 feet away.
