Fish Pond Lake is a pristine man-made lake, located in the 895-acre Little Laurel Park. The lake is home to freshwater jellyfish, a resident trout population, bass, catfish and other Kentucky species. Petroleum-powered boat engines are prohibited, but at 45 acres, the lake is small enough for boaters to traverse easily with electric motors or oars. Mountain View RV Park offers beautiful mountain views, river and lakes within view, water, sewer and electric 30 amp hookup, gravelled site, wifi, restrooms, free fishing, horseback riding (must book in advance), gift shop and Cantina available upon request. Kingdom Come State Park and Bad Branch Falls just 10 miles away.
