Windy Hollow Campground is a beautiful and secluded campground tucked away in a holler. It offers a unique experience with its nostalgic decorations and items from the past, such as a Boy Scouts weblo book and lps. Campers can expect to find a 30 amp pull thru with no sewer hookup, no wifi or cable, and duck and goose poo everywhere. The bathrooms are unfortunately very filthy, and the office store has smelly and outdated items that reek of musty mold. The owner is known to be extremely rude and charges $60 a day for the stay. The campground is located about 10 miles out of town and offers a variety of activities for kids, such as a playground, water slide, and swimming beach. It costs $45 a night for electric and water, and an additional $2 per dog. Late checkout is available, but the manager may charge an extra fee.
