Fern Lake Campground is an accessible and conveniently located campsite just off the interstate. The pads are made of compacted limestone, fairly level, and have excellent drainage. During our overnight stop, we noticed that the sites were close to each other, but the ones up front could accommodate big rigs. The campground owner was friendly and guided us to our spot. We did not notice any significant road noise as the trees helped screen it out. The campground is located next to a Pilot Travel Center, which was convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this campground.

From The Campground
Fern Lake Campground is a well-maintained campground located on the east side of Paducah, Kentucky. It offers a country feel with city conveniences. The campground has very well-maintained gravel roads and sites, good wifi, and 50A power. The overall cleanliness of the park is impressive. The owners are very nice and helpful. The park is easy to get to, quiet, and clean. It is convenient to downtown, the quilt museum, and waterfront. Restaurants are within walking distance. The rates are reasonable, and the campground is highly recommended.
