Very close to mammoth cave and a few others, plus lots of hiking. This campground is the perfect place for a no-frills camping experience. The owner, Ralph, is incredibly friendly and accommodating and his dog, Harvey, is a sweetheart. The campground is located close to Mammoth Cave National Park and has a variety of sites for RVs, cabins, and tent camping. The sites are not numbered or separated by a fence, but the owner is always available to help with any issues. The price is very reasonable and includes water and 50amp service. This is a great place to stay for a few days and enjoy the quirky atmosphere.
