The bathrooms are very dated and need to be updated. The showers are very small and the water pressure is very low. There is no cell service in the area. This RV campground is located in the beautiful Appalachians and offers a scenic display of nature. However, the campground is minimally maintained and the bathrooms need new paint and fixtures. The sites are generally well-spaced, but some of them are quite steep, and larger RVs may have difficulty leveling. The campground is crowded and the sites are close together, with the water and electric hookups on the wrong side of the site. When campfires are lit, the hollars create a smoky atmosphere, which may be an issue for those with breathing problems. Cell service is poor in the area, and the bathrooms and showers are outdated and need to be updated. The campground also has a store, a small playground, and a marina with pontoon boats for rent. The staff and camp hosts are friendly and helpful, and there are activities for the kids, such as line dancing and corn hole.
