This family-owned and operated campground is conveniently located close to town with easy access to Walmart, other stores, and restaurants. The owners are on-site daily and offer a variety of activities and amenities to ensure visitors have a great time. These include live music on the weekends, bingo, crafts, fishing tournaments, pool party with DJ, scavenger hunts, and on-site RV repair. The campground also features a pool, small store, 8 washers and 8 dryers, WiFi, golf cart rental, boat rental, fish cleaning station, clean bathrooms with showers, and a pool bar and grille. The RV spots are a very nice size with plenty of room to enjoy sitting outside and even supply campfire rings for those chilly nights. The staff are friendly and the laundry is well-maintained and inexpensive. Visitors can also take advantage of the nearby attractions, including New Iberia, made famous by James Lee Burke, and Shadows on the Teche. With good Wi-Fi reception and satellite setup available, this campground is a great place to stop over or stay a while.
