Cash Point Landing is a campground located on the Red River. The new Black Top road leading into the park is great, but the internal roads are in terrible condition with deep ruts from previous RVs getting stuck and sinking. The sites are in very bad condition, with old and worn electric connections, and piles of junk around the campers. There is no telephone hook up, cable, internet, or swimming pool. The laundry room and bathrooms are in bad condition, and the park has a faint smell of sewer gas. The new managers are nice but inexperienced, and the wifi is very weak and slow. There is a large population of long term renters, and large dogs are allowed to roam loose, including Pit Bulls. The river view makes this park a nice stay for those who want to bring their boat and do some fishing.
