Diamond Jacks RV Park is a great place to stay for those who love the sound of cargo diesel trains. The park is well maintained, with level sites, excellent electrical and water supplies, and dozens of cable channels and strong wi-fi. There is a bit of noise when a train passes over the river trestle bridge next to the park, but it is only for 10-15 minutes. The park is conveniently located near the casinos and downtown Shreveport/Bossier area, and there is a free shuttle to neighboring casinos. The sites are all full service 50 amp pull through sites, with grass and picnic tables, and some are satellite friendly. There is a laundry room and restrooms, and the park is pet friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the casino offers buffet specials and discounts for those with a casino card. The park is a bit cramped, and the train noise can be a bit loud, but it is a great place to stay if youre in the area.
