This campground is located in a bad area of Bossier City and is not suitable for retired people. There are many people living in the trailers who are working in the area. The cost includes cable, wifi, water, sewer, trash, and 30 or 50 amp connectors. The property manager is a sweet young man. The electrical is unreliable and the pool is small and overcrowded. There have been reports of theft and loud music late at night. There is no internet access unless you sign a contract. The area is not safe and there are no boundaries for the kids.
