From The Campground

Kincaid Lake Recreation Area is a beautiful camping and day-use area located in Kisatchie National Forest. The area features two modern campgrounds, a group picnic area, and a primitive camping area. Kincaid Lake, a 2,600 acre reservoir, provides the setting for this attractive development. Visitors can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities including camping, swimming, picnicking, boating, water skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. The day-use beach area at the Kincaid Lake Recreation Area is open seasonally from Mother's Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The campground and trails around Kincaid Lake remain closed due to Hurricane Laura damage.
