Kincaid Lake Campground is a secluded campground in Kisatchie National Forest that offers a variety of activities for visitors. The campground offers asphalt pads for campers, picnic tables, grills, fire pits, and lantern posts. There are flush toilets and hot showers, as well as vault toilets at the boat launch area. The campground is also equipped with a playground and 31 miles of hiking trails. Fishing, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, and other outdoor activities are all available to visitors. The campground is quiet during the day and night, and is great for families with small children and pets. The camp host is friendly and helpful, and the campground is well-signed once you leave the highway. The sites are mostly level, but some may require leveling. There is no wifi or cable, but OTA TV reception is available and there is some cell service. There is a dump station nearby and cash or check payment is required.

From The Campground
Kincaid Lake Recreation Area is a beautiful camping and day-use area located in Kisatchie National Forest. The area features two modern campgrounds, a group picnic area, and a primitive camping area. Kincaid Lake, a 2,600 acre reservoir, provides the setting for this attractive development. Visitors can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities including camping, swimming, picnicking, boating, water skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. The day-use beach area at the Kincaid Lake Recreation Area is open seasonally from Mother's Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The campground and trails around Kincaid Lake remain closed due to Hurricane Laura damage.
