The DeRidder Campground is a small, clean, and tidy campground located just off Main Street. It is in walking distance of Walmart (etc) and food places, making it an ideal spot for those looking for convenience. The sites are okay, with a concrete pad but a little on the tight side. Grass is mowed and the place is clean and tidy enough. The Wi-Fi is strong and works very well. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry are in need of updating, but the owner is working hard to make it nice for his guests. The owner is a retired military man and his expectations are high, so the campground is kept very clean and well maintained. There are a lot of long term trailers here, but no junk. Cookouts and get-togethers with fellow campers are a regular occurrence, making it a great place to stay for both short and long term visitors.

Pine Grove Estates & RV Park is a veteran-owned RV park located on the outskirts of DeRidder, Louisiana. The park offers 37 spacious and peaceful sites with concrete or gravel pads with full hookups, 65 channels of cable TV, and reliable wireless internet. Pine Grove is highly commended for its beauty and cleanliness and is a favorite RV park for military and civilian military workers, contractors, plant workers, cross-country cyclists, and all returning friends. The park is located near grocery stores, banks, restaurants, schools, shopping plazas, museums, historic sites, and the hospital. There is also an RV/car detailing shop and an Army Surplus Store with hunting and camping supplies located on the park's premises. Shower, restroom, and laundry room are available as well.
