Cypress Bend is a great campground for travelers passing through the area. It is conveniently located near I-10 and is secure with a key card entry system. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hookup areas are well lit and easy to access. The pull-thru sites are long and level, and the perimeter sites are back-ins. There are a fair amount of seasonals or long timers, but also 1 nighters passing through. The park offers Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a picnic table and grill on each site. The rate is a bit expensive, but the park is clean and secure. Unfortunately, there have been some late-night parties that have disrupted the peace.
