Few trees made satellite reception good. This campground is located about 30 minutes from New Orleans and the Plantations attractions area. It offers full hookups with both 30 and 50 amp availability, however the facilities are quite grungy and reek of urine and molded scum. The check-in process is long and includes the hostess reading the rules to you, as well as requiring copies of everyones driver license staying in the RV. The hookups for power and water are located at the rear and the sewer is located underneath the RV. The owner/manager only accepts cash and the receipt they give you does not have their name or number on it. The owner was very nice and gave some great tips and maps, but few trees made satellite reception good. I highly recommend that you choose a truck stop or a parking lot before staying here.
