RV campers had a pleasant stay at this campground, which had above average site sizes, a peaceful setting and even some animals to visit with. It was very clean, with a new in ground pool, a beautiful pond and a few farm animals. There were various activities on offer such as horseback riding, swimming, fishing and arts and crafts. The staff were friendly and made the guests feel welcome. During holiday weekends, rodeos are held for the familys enjoyment. Unfortunately, some of the sites were unlevel and the sewer hookups not the correct size. The campground offers a nice country setting with a pond for fishing, however, there were no hiking trails. There were some permanent campers at the back of the park, and a stray dog that barked and howled all night. The restaurant was good but the staff appeared uninterested in serving. The campground was overpriced and the expectations from the online reviews were not met.
